Tacos on the Run

It’s 2010 and “food trucks” are all the rage. We’re not talking trucks with plastic wrapped sandwiches and candy bars. We’re talking about great, simple and yes, gourmet food brought to you via mobile trucks and chefs! For example, Sylvia Casares, owner and chef of Sylvia's Enchilada Kitchen, and her mobile food partner, Michael Warren, have launched No Borders, a food truck that will bring restaurant quality food directly to YOU. No Borders currently serves lunch and dinner at 5002 Washington Avenue in the Rebel's Honky Tonk parking lot, but No Borders is also available for parties. Imagine the surprised look on party guests when you open the door and announce dinner will be served on the street!

For more information, go to www.SylviasEnchiladaKitchen.com or call 713-213-2409.
