We've found a great new athletic wear line, called NAILED. Their fabric is sleek, flattering, and thin. The best part is, it keeps you from "glowing" while you exercise. NAILED carries sizes and styles for men, women, and children, in numerous styles and colors. You can buy some for yourself, your family, and friends. Or order some to coordinate your team or organization.

This is a non-profit company whose revenues are used to fund faith-based projects.
Their mission is to instill confidence, and inspire success by equipping athletes with attractive, functional, and comfortable performance wear, enabling fitness of the mind,
body and spirit. What a good way to look good, and give back.

For now, you can purchase NAILED clothing online only at http://www.nailedwear.com/.

Only Jazzy Moms Need Apply

The Sambuca Legacy began in Dallas in 1991. Co-Owners, as well as brother-sister partnership, Kim and Holly Forsythe started the Sambuca concept with a lot of creativity, energy and imagination that thought outside the box. Unbeknownst to their expectations, Sambuca would become a phenomenon hailing a public demand for locations in other places outside Downtown Dallas. Houston, being the city that it is, was a natural fit for this eatry known for fine dinning combined with live music. On Mother's Day (May 9th), treat your Mom to an afternoon on the town at Sambuca. Along with a lovely brunch, live music will be played from 10:30am to 3:00pm. Bloody Mary's and Mimosas will be served in great abundance and we will never tell your mother they are only $3 on her special day.

Good For Your Heart

Over 500 of Houston’s social and business elite will don their best red fashions Tuesday, May 4th for the 2010 Go Red for Women Expo & Luncheon, featuring Former First Lady Barbara Bush as the keynote speaker. This is more than just a gal pal luncheon, but rather a day to be entertained and informed about maintaining a healthy heart. The event will begin with morning educational breakout sessions, and our own Houston treasure, Barbara Bush, will provide humor and insight. Guests will also be given the opportunity to check on their current state of affairs with health screenings. And, of course, the line up of retail therapy will make hearts purrrrr!!

Don't miss this exceptional program: call 713-610-5000, email ashly.alberto@heart.org or visit www.heart.org/houstongoesred for tickets. Individual tariff $250, table sponsorship available.
