RDG + BAR ANNIE

HHH took a private tour of the chic new creation by the Del Grande/Schiller team.

Anchoring Blvd. Place, which includes Festari, New Balance, Pickles and Ice Cream, and on the opposite end, Hermes, the two story glass building is open, airy, and creates a communal feel. In the daytime, it is light and bright. At night, the sunset pours through the walls and sets the warm tone leading into evening.

Enter on the first level and enjoy a cocktail and a bite in BLVD Lounge made up of a small eclectic gathering of tables. Also located on the first floor is a private wine room separated from BLVD Lounge by glass walls.

Next, take the stairs up to the second level. There are no dividing walls, but the space is designed to house three distinct areas, each with its own menu: Bar Annie, with table service and an appetizer menu, hugs the large glass wall (and an outdoor patio) on one end and spills over into the Bar Annie Restaurant. Cafe Annie favorites as well new dishes appear on the Bar Annie Restaurant menu with pleasantly friendly pricing. This is a great location to dine, chat with neighboring table guests, and watch the surrounding fashion forward clients. On the other end of the second floor sits the RDG Grill Room, a more traditional white table cloth elegant dining room.

Another success for this culinary team. Houstonians are already turning out in mass to enjoy the casual sophistication of impromptu drinks and bar snacks and elegant special event dining.

Reservations are recommended for the Bar Annie Restaurant and the RDG Grill Room.
