Houstonians Bethany Hughes and Vince Grbic have written a great book, LOVE YOUR BODY, The Real Secret to Weight Loss and Lifetime Fitness.




It’s written in first person and speaks directly to you, the reader, on how Bethany lost 40 lbs, and lives a healthy lifestyle with good nutrition and regular exercise. Vince is her trainer who guided her in her path to a new lifestyle. One of the best features of their book is the easy to understand descriptions of exercises with photos. 






Bethany also found that working out with friends was the best way to exercise. She and Vince started the women only LOVE YOUR BODY BOOT CAMPS.  These classes are for all levels of fitness, where you go at your own pace. The one-hour –per-week class is a great mixture of cardio and strength training using resistance bands, balls, and the weight of your body. The classes are held both indoors and outdoors.
