Discovery Green is offering free events for all ages, Friday through Sunday.
On Friday, May 22, Houston Public Radio presents a series of 1920s silent film screenings accompanied by live music by Texas musicians, at 8:00 p.m.
On Saturday, May 23, you can choose from several options including: a yoga class, a Bird Festival, youth writing workshop, and a bicycle repair workshop, to name a few.
On Sunday, May 24, there will be the downtown green market, and an afternoon concert by Houston’s own group Sideshow Tramps.

For several years now, Miller Outdoor Theatre has presented "Dancin' in the Street" A Motown and More Review, over the Memorial Day weekend, also gratis. The shows are Thursday, May 21 through Sunday evening, May 24. The shows start at 8:15 pm.
