The catering company offers on and off site high-end catering in and around Houston, providing services for a wide range of functions of all sizes including intimate dinners, corporate events, debutante parties, social galas, weddings, bar / bat mitzvahs and more. “We are thrilled to bring our 65 years of catering experience and well-earned reputation for excellence into the Houston market,” says Donia Blossom, Director of Sales of Rosemary’s Catering Houston.

Pan Seared Diver Scallops

Ahi Tuna Carpaccio

Rosemary’s has recently hired Argentina native Andres Rumis who brings his culinary prowess as Executive Chef of Rosemary’s Catering Houston. Prior to joining Houston’s newest catering team, Chef Rumis gained praises as the Chef de Cuisine of Desert Mountain Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he successfully ran three of its six restaurants and all of the banquet facilities. Chef prides himself in being innovative and creative and hands on with every event--from the menu to the table decorations to ensure all aspects of your event are in sync. There’s still time to have Chef create a Valentines dining experience. For a sensuous dinner he recommends Pan Seared Diver Scallops, Roasted Beets, Frisee Salad with Lemon and White Truffle Vinaigrette -OR- Ahi Tuna Carpaccio, Grilled Bok Choy and Nori Salad with Pickled Red Onion and Sea Urchin Emulsion.
As a Valentine’s gift to HHH readers, if you would like Chef Andres’ recipe for the scallops or the tuna, please email houstonhh@gmail.com with the name of the recipe you would like in the subject line.
